How does this work?

Our team has worked hard to streamline a process to ensure ordering is easy, margin is healthy, and you can start selling Bivo quickly!

A couple helpful details:

We display wholesale pricing in your domestic currency.
Bivo covers all duties and handling fees
Value added taxes such as VAT/HST/GST are always built into our MSRP found on your respective line sheet (you can use customs documents and our invoice for tax deductions).

Shipping Preferences

The retailer is responsible for covering import taxes + shipping costs. Bivo will pay/reimburse duties and import handling fees. We default to shipping UPS and
can accommodate shipping DDU, DDP, or on your carrier account.

DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid): If you select this option, we will create shipping labels through
UPS. We will calculate duties and import fees for the shipment and deduct it from the shipping cost on your Bivo invoice. When the shipment hits the border, you will be responsible for paying import tax, duties, and handling fees to
customs.
DDP (Delivered Duties Prepaid): If you select this option, we will create shipping labels through
UPS. We will prepay for the shipping cost, import taxes, duties, and handling fees. Shipping cost and import tax will be reflected on your Bivo invoice. When the shipment hits the border, no action will be required.
Carrier/Forwarder: We can create labels and bill to your carrier account or give you shipment dimensions for you to make labels and arrange pick up using your forwarder.

Ordering process

Create order - hit submit when you are ready (no payment required at this step).
Invoicing - we will send an invoice from our B2B system within 24 hrs that will reflect your shipping preferences.

3. Pay for your invoice - we will ship the order within 1-2 days of payment.

4. Delivery ... WAHOO! It's time to start selling Bivo to some very hungry international customers!

Payments & Warranties

Payment Terms -We operate on prepayment and take credit cards via our B2B invoices.

Warranties:

Bivo offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all our products purchased via our website. Non-manufacturer defects, including scratches, dents, stains, and other normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty.

Manufacturing defects are rare but in the off chance you get one delivered to your shop reach out to us at thirsty@drinkbivo.com with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will offer a refund directly to your account if there is a manufacturing defect.
