Shipping Lead Times -We aim to have orders shipped within 2-3 days. Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) - Orders have a 24 units MOQ. Please note, orders must be in increments of 24 bottles (this keeps shipping costs down).

Payment Terms - We operate on prepayment and take credit cards during the checkout process.

Warranty

Warranty

Bivo offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all our products purchased via our website. Non-manufacturer defects, including scratches, dents, stains, and other normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty. 

Manufacturing defects are rare but in the off chance you get one delivered to your shop reach out to us at thirsty@drinkbivo.com with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will offer a refund directly to your account or send a replacement with a return label for the defective bottle.

To return a defective bottle, please refer to the following steps:

1. Replace the bottle from your store's stock.
2. Email thirsty@drinkbivo.comwith a description of the issue (include pictures if possible), the SKU and the 4 digit # code found on the bottom of the bottle.
3. We will send you a replacement for the store and a replacement for the customer if you aren’t able to replace theirs.
4. Once the replacement bottle arrives, please return the defective bottle in the packing the replacement came in using the return label provided.
